Important Notice.Regarding international shipping and ordering matcha.
We are currently receiving a large number of orders, especially for matcha, and are unable to keep up with production, so we have suspended sales and restricted shipping of some matcha brands. Therefore, depending on the content of your order (such as several orders per day), we may cancel your order at our discretion, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation. In addition, we strictly prohibit purchases for commercial purposes such as resale. Also, we currently do not ship overseas (including overseas forwarding services). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding.
Important] Request for online orders

We regret that we cannot ship products if there are any errors in the customer information or delivery address information, such as an incomplete name (including furigana), address, or phone number, or if the name on the credit card is different from the person placing the order, so we ask for your understanding in advance.
Similarly, to prevent any problems, we cannot ship to hotels or other accommodations, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
