昨年の夏以降、特に抹茶のご注文を多くいただいており、現状原料が品薄となり、製造も間に合わない状況となっております。大変心苦しくも抹茶の銘柄によってはオンライン上での販売を停止させていただいている状況でございます。
また転売や再販など営利目的でのご購入は固くお断りさせていただいております。尚、現在当園では海外への発送（海外転送サービスを含む）は見合わせさせていただいております。何卒ご了承の程お願い申し上げます。

昨今オンラインのご注文において、配送先に荷物が届かない等のトラブルが多発しています。フリガナを含むお名前やご住所、電話番号の不備や、クレジットカードの名義人がご依頼主様と異なるなど、お客様情報や届け先情報に不備がある場合は大変心苦しくも商品の発送は致しかねますので、予めご了承をお願いいたします。
